She grew up on „Kasernhof“ in Menziken/Switzerland and when the time came for her to choose an appropriate career, she considered a good many jobs. But in the end she decided farming it was to be.

Working with cattle and horses is what she particularly enjoys. As a young breeder she is a regular competitor at elite livestock shows.
